Responsible for procurement management and execution across multiple Greenfield projects (construction of new centers) and Brownfield projects (expansion and modernization of existing centers) for plasma collection in the United States.
Libbs Farmaceutica Ltda
Responsible for managing the implementation project of the e-procurement tool (Coupa). Consulting on the redesign and improvement of all procurement processes, master data cleansing (supplier, material, and user records, plus the design of the new taxonomy), and the negotiation and creation of new procurement catalogs.
Shire
Responsible for the implementation of SAP Ariba modules: Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Manager, SLP, and Ariba Network / Commerce Automation. Consulting on the redesign and improvement of all procurement processes, master data cleansing, and the negotiation and creation of new procurement catalogs.
IKEA
Responsible for the entire rollout project for SAP Ariba Buying training. This project was designed to train Key Users across all IKEA stores in the United States, ensuring efficient and strategic adoption of the new e-procurement tool throughout the operation.
